Refund & Return Policy Last Updated: May 2026

At Gift Souvenirs, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Return Eligibility Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Defective product received
  • Incorrect product delivered

All return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery with supporting photo or video evidence.


2. Non-Returnable Conditions The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Change of mind or incorrect size selection
  • Items reported after 7 days of delivery
  • Items that have been used or are not in original packaging
  • Customised or personalised products (unless damaged or defective)

3. How to Raise a Return Request Email us at sales@giftsouvenirs.in within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photo or video evidence of the damage or defect

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video as proof at the time of delivery.


4. Resolution Once your claim is verified, we will:

  • Arrange a free reverse pickup
  • Ship a replacement product at no additional cost
  • If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued

5. Refund Timeline Refunds, where applicable, are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
