• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed only once payment is successfully processed.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If an order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified via email or phone and fully refunded.

• All purchases are for personal use only and not for resale.

• Order confirmations are sent to your registered mobile number via WhatsApp and/or email within 1 hour during business hours, or the next working day if placed outside business hours.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay.

• Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

• You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines displayed on our website are estimates and not guaranteed.

• We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Risk of loss and title pass to you once your order is handed over to the courier partner.

6. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted only for eligible products as outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs and an unedited unboxing video.

• Products must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after return approval.

• Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
