Welcome to Gift Souvenirs. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Gift Souvenirs, a registered trade name of Digital Vision. By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility & Account

- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current account, billing, and shipping information.

- We make every effort to display products accurately; however, colours, textures, or sizes may vary depending on your device screen.

- We reserve the right to limit sales by person, household, region, or order quantity.
3. Orders
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed only once payment is successfully processed.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If an order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified via email or phone and fully refunded.
- All purchases are for personal use only and not for resale.
- Order confirmations are sent to your registered mobile number via WhatsApp and/or email within 1 hour during business hours, or the next working day if placed outside business hours.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay.
- Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
- You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided at checkout.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines displayed on our website are estimates and not guaranteed.
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Risk of loss and title pass to you once your order is handed over to the courier partner.

6. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
- We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery for eligible products.
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photo or video evidence.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of return approval.
- Customised or personalised products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

7. Intellectual Property
- All designs, artwork, content, images, and branding on Gift Souvenirs are the sole intellectual property of Digital Vision.
- You may use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

- Our store is powered by Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases, refunds, delivery issues, or disputes.
- Your contract and all transactions are strictly between you and Gift Souvenirs / Digital Vision.
