1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin processing the next business day.
- No processing or dispatch takes place on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping Charges We ship across India using trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and Amazon Shipping.
- Prepaid Orders: 100% Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
3. Estimated Delivery Time Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

4. International Shipping We currently ship within India only. Orders placed for international delivery will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Report any damage or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
- We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video as proof of damage to help expedite your claim.
