1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation.

• Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin processing on the next business day.

• No processing or dispatch takes place on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Charges

We ship across India using trusted courier partners, including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and Amazon Shipping.

• Prepaid Orders: 100% Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Cash on Delivery is currently not available.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship within India only. Orders placed for international delivery will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment at any time.

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify Gift Souvenirs within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

• Your Order ID.

• Clear photographs of the product and its packaging.

• An unedited unboxing video showing the condition of the package upon delivery.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery, or without the required supporting evidence, may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
